Hey butterflies!
We are beyond excited that we’ll soon see you at the 7th edition of Spokój Festival, an event into which we’ve poured an enormous amount of work and love.
Please take a moment to read through the following rules and information, and we encourage you to download the festival map with marked important areas. This will help ensure that your time here—and ours—flows PEACEFULLY, and that everyone feels good and safe.
Here are a few key things we want to cover:

The festival is organized by Fundacja „Spokój” based in Dąbrowa. The event takes place in Dąbrowa on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (July 17–20, 2025), with gates opening Wednesday (July 16, 2025) at 3:00 PM. The rules apply from that moment to everyone entering the festival grounds.
Part I. Rules on Tickets and Wristbands
- At the entrance gate, purchased tickets will be exchanged for wristbands allowing entry to the festival.
- Tickets can also be purchased at the gate using cash, card, or via www.Stage24.pl.
- Ticket types include:
- One-day pass for Thursday,
- One-day pass for Friday,
- One-day pass for Saturday,
- Full festival pass,
- Camping pass (1 pass = 1 tent/camper).
- Anyone without a valid wristband will be removed from the festival grounds but may purchase a ticket at the entrance.
- Authorized vehicles must display a visible permit on the dashboard.
- Tickets are non-refundable, even in the event of program changes.
- For any technical issues with online ticket sales, please contact the external ticket operator directly.
- The organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged tickets or wristbands. The organizer is not responsible for lost or damaged tickets or wristbands.
Part II. General Festival Rules
- Be mindful of your own and others’ safety and comfort. All attendees must behave in a way that does not endanger themselves or others and comply with the festival rules.
- Let’s care for each other’s comfort—be mindful and respectful of those around you.
- During the festival, participants must follow instructions from the organizers, volunteers, and, if necessary, emergency services (Police, Fire Brigade, etc.)
- The festival enforces a zero-tolerance policy (punishable by permanent removal with no right to return) for:Aggressive behavior
- a. Aggressive behavior,
- b. Offensive behavior of any kind (racist, homophobic, etc.),
- c. any other conduct that causes discomfort to fellow festival-goers.
- Anyone removed from the festival grounds or denied entry due to behavior that violates these rules or applicable laws will not be entitled to a ticket refund.
- The festival is not responsible for lost or stolen items and does not run a lost and found.
- Any danger or safety concern should be reported to the main bar near the Motyl (Butterfly) stage or to a volunteer.
- Swimming in wetlands or ponds is strictly prohibited.
- Fire extinguishers located on-site are for emergency use only
- Medical staff will be present and available, and volunteers are trained in first aid. In case of emergency, notify staff immediately.
- Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. The festival does not supervise participants.
- The festival is not liable for injuries or damages. Participants are responsible for any harm caused.
- Strobe lights may be used, and sound levels may be high. The festival is not responsible for any resulting health issues.
- By entering the festival, you give consent for your image to be recorded and used for promotional purposes across the organizer’s platforms
- Complaints can be sent in writing to: Dąbrowa 8, 83-323 Kamienica Szlachecka, within 14 days after the festival. Late submissions won’t be considered. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.
Part III. Movement, Parking, Camping, Quiet Zones and Conduct Rules
- he attached map marks the most important areas. It is an integral part of the regulations. Please explore respectfully.
- There are quiet zones and restricted areas—please respect them.
- The neighboring property, where the cinema was located in previous years, is now off-limits. Do not enter private property. The cinema/workshop zone is now elsewhere (see map).
- Showers, sinks, and toilets are provided. Do not relieve yourself outside.
- No driving is allowed within the festival grounds. All cars must be parked in the designated area outside the entrance gate. The only exception: vehicles with camping tickets, which may drive to the campsite at a max speed of 5 km/h.
- To ensure safety and comfort, the following are prohibited:
- Littering,
- Using nature as a toilet,
- Lighting fires, BBQs, using gas canisters, etc.
- Disturbing the peace, including at the campsite,
- Bringing dangerous objects.
- For the safety of artists and crew, do not enter the music stages or backstage areas.
Part IV. Our Extremely Important Waste Policy
We are a non-commercial festival, and cleaning up afterward is a major, weeks-long challenge. Please help us by keeping things tidy. Here’s how:
- Leave the space as clean as you found it,
- Follow our strict waste sorting system: plastic/metal, glass, and mixed waste,
- Bins are available in designated areas and are clearly marked by type.
- Don’t throw cigarette butts on the ground. Use the colorful hanging cans placed around the site as ashtrays,
- Take your trash with you when leaving the festival and clean up your spot.
